As usual, what I do is just reminding me of my blogger, how to make a food that should be posted how to make a sponge cake and what is meant by sponcake?
Sponge cake is a cake based on flour (usually wheat flour), sugar, and eggs, sometimes leavened with baking powder that the company has, but the structure is well aerated, similar to a sea sponge.
A sponge cake can be produced with either the dough method, or the foam method.
