On this day Guys ,, back as usual I make pastry and bakery but today we and friends focus on the bakery group that is making croissants, and then I make croissants starting from preparing ingredients to make the croissant dough.
Then proceed as usual how the stages of making croissants starting from mixing dry ingredients to the next material, and basically croissants have been mixed all right away, we are profing 1 for 30 minutes and after that we continue the activity to make the dough mixture until smooth.
Furthermore, I continued as usual to clean all work areas and other areas until it was clean and also garbage must also be considered not to scatter everywhere so that all areas seemed clean and orderly, because cleanliness was part of faith.
after that we get ready to go home before we listen to a little notification from Mr.Jaya before going home and after that we immediately pray and continue home.
