For this blog, I will write about the things I did at Kitchen Poltekpar Makassar. Monday, October 29, 2018, we were tasked with making cassava from cassava tape accompanied by teaching materials that were quite experts in their fields.

Apem Cake has many meanings in its making, including a symbol of forgiveness for mistakes, a symbol of gratitude, a symbol of togetherness and a symbol of resistance. Nowadays there are many variations in eating apem cakes, some add grated coconut sugar, kinco, fla durian, oncom and even spicy curry. But this time I will write a recipe for Cassava Tape Apem Cake. Cassava Apem Cake Recipe - The Most Delicious Lace Apem. Also called lace apem cake, this recipe is also named with cassava lace apem cake recipe. This special soft selong tape is a very tasty and delicious traditional snack

Many special soft and soft jams are made or used when there are salvation or celebration events. How to make this selong apem is very good, you can practice in your favorite kitchen and make special dishes for your loved ones at home.

Ingredients :

100 grams of cassava tape, puree

125 grams of brown sugar

250 ml of water

150 grams of rice flour

35 grams of flour

1 sheet of pandan leaves

  1 tsp fermipan

Step:

- Boil brown sugar with water and pandan leaves until boiling, remove the filter and cook

- In mixed tape containers, rice flour, flour and fermipan mix well

- Pour little by little sugar water and stir using whisk until the dough is smooth, not crumbly, then strain and let stand for 45 minutes

- While waiting for the dough, heat the steamer and put the mold without any rubbing

- After a lot of steam, Pour the mixture into the mold until it's full then steam for 25 minutes.

- During steaming DO NOT open the steam liquid

- After cooking, lift and cool, then remove from mold
