Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings..

Hellooo guys ... today is the third day in the fifth week of practice. Not felt so far. Soon we will all retire from activities in the kitchen. But, that doesn't mean we can't go into the kitchen again. That is, learning that concerns matters with theory will be more focused on us when it has moved to the sixth semester. sad. I will miss all of them all who are in the kitchen and maybe we will also miss the fun chatter of the genk boss.

Today back to story And today I made a genk boss favorite cake, which is pumpkin talam cake, I really like making traditional cakes especially market snacks and finally I made pumpkin talam cake. And finally I made pumpkin trays with one of my friends. We also worked together so that this work was quickly resolved.

Pumpkin talam cake is one type of traditional Indonesian snack food so it is easily found everywhere in all regions of Indonesian. In the fasting month, talam cake is one of the fast-breaking menus that is quite popular. Traditional talam cake is made with raw materials such as flour, rice flour, cassava flour (tapioca), flour or sago flour. These flour are included in the simple carbohydrate category which has a high glycemic index value. In this healthy recipe, I try to modify the cake cake so that it becomes healthier, nutritious and can be served for the iftar menu.

As for the steps for making pumpkin trays:

1.) We steam one pumpkin which has been cleaned from the skin first.

2.) After being cooked. Pumpkin 4. For the white layer consists of rice flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, and salt to taste. All of these ingredients are mixed into one and filtered again agat foam or whisked foam can be cleaned. It is crushed to become a soft dough

3.) For the yellow layer consists of crushed pumpkin, coconut milk, flour and sugar. All ingredients are mixed into one. Then filter the fiber again

4.) For the white layer consists of rice flour, cornstarch, coconut milk, and salt to taste. All of these ingredients are mixed together and filtered again agat foam or whisked foam can be cleaned.

5.) Do not forget to grease the oil on the mold so that when cooked it is easy to remove

6.) Pour the yellow layer first on the mold but, still leaving a little space for the white layer. Large sized mounds can be turned off and make the dough look more smooth.

7.) Wait for the yellow layer to cook for about 10-12 minutes then pour the white and steamed liquid until cooked.
