Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings . . .
Hello Guys ... today is the last day of practice this week guys. There's not much I can tell like that. Today's story is so meaningful when I and my friends make lapis legit. When I get to campus. We first got the class in class to talk about the division of tasks today. Incidentally tomorrow is Friday and our 5th semester has an activity which is, "FRIDAY BERKAH". This activity is an activity that aims to disseminate to the poor. This time we will sell fried rice with portions for 10k.
However, it will be sold for a price of 3k. This is for those who are less able to buy food or to ease the burden of buying anyone's food. Of course this is very meaningful and useful for us especially overseas children and students. The fried rice is selling well. We do not seek profits here. However, we are looking for a blessing from the great creator.
Continue, because today there are two types of activities. Namely, prepare to sell Friday and make lapis legit for each group. I lun prayed for the task of making legit layers with other friends. For other group members, the task is, of course, to be prepared to sell tomorrow. Continue, because today there are two types of activities. Namely, prepared for selling Friday and making lapis legit for each group. I also got the task of making legit layers with other friends. For other group members, the task is, of course, to be prepared to sell tomorrow.
The methods for making lapis legit are as follows:
1.) Prepare the materials and tools that will be used
2.) Mix egg yolks, egg white, emulsionfire, and refined sugar until it expands and changes color to white and slightly stiff.
3.) After that, add vanilla essence, rum, speckle powder and sweetened condensed milk. Mix again until blended.
4.) Then add the melted butter together with flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and milk powder. Stir using a spatula and slowly
5) Apply butter or margarine on the edge of the pan and give the base the bread paper. After that pour 3 tablespoons of leveled adonanan. Then use the hot fire for about 20-25 seconds.
6.) Then, after the color turns dark, lift it and give the mixture as much as 2 tablespoons just evenly then bake again. And so on until the dough runs out
7.) However, the legit layer I made in each of the third layer is sprinkled with almonds that have been roasted first.
8.) After, finish until the last layer then, bake in the oven using just the top flame for 10 minutes. To ripen well the bottom. Don't bake too long. Because, later it will cause legit layers to separate from the layers.
THANKYOU ..
